Dr. Sethi was born and raised in North Dallas. She grew up in a three-generation household and credits living in a home of at least ten family members to her love for connecting with others and building relationships.

Dr. Sethi has always been passionate about education and continuously seeks opportunities to learn. She obtained her initial degree in Advanced Human Development and Family Sciences from The University of Texas in Austin. She then went on to earn a second bachelor’s degree, this time in Nursing, from The University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. After having the opportunity to live in Austin and then Houston, she made her way back to Dallas as soon as possible to be close to her family. Here, she kicked off her nursing career at Children’s Health.

For over seven years, Dr. Sethi worked on the gastroenterology/hepatology unit where she collaborated closely with multi-disciplinary teams to provide comprehensive and specialized care to both acute and chronic pediatric patients. She became a primary preceptor on her home unit and helped to transition new graduate nurses from students to staff.  Additionally, she served as the Unit Council Chair where she helped to foster resilience and enhance current policies and practices. Her time at Children’s Health further cultivated her love of caring for children and their families, which inspired her to seek higher education to be able to make even more of an impact in pediatric care.

Dr. Sethi received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Baylor University where she had the opportunity to immerse herself in a well-rounded curriculum and diverse clinical experience. Board Certified in Primary Care Pediatrics, Dr. Sethi has a heart for caring for children and their families and strives to equip her patients with the tools necessary to be champions of their own health. She is passionate about preventative healthcare and enjoys taking a family-centered approach to optimize the overall care experience.

When Dr. Sethi is not caring for your little ones, she loves spending time with her friends and family. She is the proud aunt to three nieces and one nephew, whom she refers to as her “peanuts” and will find any excuse to share photos of them with you! She loves volunteering with Park Cities Presbyterian Church through their First Friday’s program and The Communities Foundation of Texas where she serves on a scholarship selection committee. Currently she is working on publishing her first children’s book that she both wrote and illustrated, with the hope that it inspires children everywhere to never stop dreaming big! She also enjoys baking the newest viral dessert on Instagram, exploring new restaurants with her boyfriend, planning future travels while on a current adventure, getting lost in a good book, and staying active between walking the Katy Trail and taking all the Pilates classes!
